Terms, privacy and draw conditions

• A membership runs one racing season, 1 August to 31 July, and is paid once for the year. There is no joining fee and no monthly option.
• Free general admission applies at partner clubs on non-feature days, up to the included meetings for your tier. Beyond that you pay the member rate for your tier, and never more than the club’s own general admission price.
• Feature days are excluded from free admission at every tier, including Group 1, and are sold to members at a discount. Each club sets its own feature days.
• The partner club list changes as clubs join. The current list is published in full and is the definitive statement of what your card covers.
• Cards are personal. The scannable code is tied to your device and rotates; sharing it does not work, by design.

• Entries are earned and never purchased. No payment of any kind increases your entries, and every tier earns at the same rate: 10 for a meeting attended, 1 per $10 spent on course, 50 for a renewal and 75 for a referral that sticks.
• A free entry route is open to anyone, with no purchase and no membership: one entry per draw period, published on the draws page.
• No prize is cash. Every prize is goods, a service or an experience, purchased by Admiral rather than donated.
• Where a prize requires registration with a racing authority, an entrant who cannot be registered receives a stated alternative prize of equivalent value.
• The draw runs only in jurisdictions where we hold the necessary permission. It currently runs in VIC.

• We collect what a membership needs: your name, email, state and, if you give one, a home club. Gate scans record which club and when, because that is how clubs are paid and how entries are earned.
• Partner clubs receive the counts they are settled on, not your personal details. A club carries no member data obligations under this arrangement.
• Merchants receive nothing about you. A discount is applied by showing your card, not by handing over your data.
• We do not sell member data, and we do not pass it to wagering operators.

• A merchant offers a member benefit and, where they choose to, supplies prize stock at cost. Admiral pays for prize stock rather than taking donations, so there is no barter arrangement for either party to account for.
• Merchants receive named promotion of any prize they supply to the whole member base.
• Nothing in the merchant arrangement makes a merchant responsible for the draw or for membership.

Admiral Rewards Pty Ltd (in formation) is a member of the Admiral Racing Group. Admiral Rewards sells a membership and subscription product. It is not a financial product and must not be treated as one. Admiral Syndications, a separate company in the same group, sells thoroughbred ownership as a regulated financial product under its own compliance arrangements. Where an ownership prize is awarded, Admiral Rewards awards the entitlement and nothing further.
